  • How to find the total cost of the product?

Once you add the product to shopping cart, click on checkout button, input shipping address, then you can see the Total Cost of the product.

  • How can I pay you?

  • Where is your show-room? If I want to check a product before buying how is that possible?

In Bangladesh we have an experience centre, shoppers can visit to see some of our selected products, its quality and durability. You can also pay, place the order and get help regarding size. E-Bazar is registered company in China, Bangladesh & Nigeria. There is no way that your product will not be delivered after you have paid for it.

  • How can you guarantee the quality of your products?

We have a dedicated purchasing team in China, who check the goods when we receive them in our warehouse. They match the colour and design with the picture shown on our website.   • What is the shipping or delivery charge?

Shipping cost is usually shown on the website, once you select product specification (Colour/Size) etc from product page. We charge you International Shipping Cost only (From China to Bangladesh), and local delivery is free. Our shipping cost is very cheaper comparing to DHL/FeDex.

  • Why don't you provide Cash On Delivery Service? Why do I need to pay in advance for products?

How we are different: We work with thousands of different brands & merchants in China and we don’t store inventory in your country. Working this way helps us keep prices low, and it means we can offer varieties of products every day.

Sometimes customers order the products and it remains undelivered at our local warehouse for a long time due to negligence at the customer end. This is a huge loss for us since we send the product for that customer only from our China Warehouse. To be very frank, when a customer pays upfront for a product they become cautious and eager to get hands on the product as soon as possible.

  • Is the price negotiable?

In cases, where we can lessen a price we clearly mention it as a discount in the product cost. Other than that, our products are non-negotiable in terms of price. We also send various offers on special days to our customers via email and facebook page, so make sure you have registered on our website and you have liked our facebook page.

  • How long does it take to get products delivered from you?

Once you place the order, it will take 10-20 working days to deliver in your country using air shipping. All shipping, customs and tax will be handled by E-Bazar.org

  • Do you provide home delivery?

If your house is located in the city area we will deliver to your home. If it's in a rural area, our courier company will confirm you before delivering and arrange the delivery .

  • Do I need to pay any extra taxes?

No in most of the goods, you don't have to pay extra customs and tax. Shadmart will handle it for you. If there is additional tax customer needs to pay for expensive goods, e.g Television, Motorcycle etc we will inform the customer at the time of confirming the order.

  • Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on E-Bazar?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on E-Bazar. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
